You Decide When to Hold, When to Ship

Each day, as we receive your mail, we enter it into the system.

Log in to your account to view details, such as mail type (package, letter, magazine, etc), the sender, the day it arrived, and its weight. We enter the dimensions of each package because UPS, FedEx, and DHL use "dimensional weight" for pricing if it is higher than the actual weight. A package's dimensional weight is simply its length * width * height (in inches) divided by 166. USPS prices its shipments based on the actual weight of the package, regardless of how large it is.

From this same window, you can select items to discard or ship. Selecting multiple items will signal that you wish them to be repackaged – a service guaranteed to save you money.
